RESERVATION POLICIES
A two-night minimum stay on some weekends is required for both the Bed & Breakfast and the Cottages. 

First night's deposit will hold your reservation with balance due upon arrival.
Cancellations require 72 hour notice for full refund. 

Reservations for our weekly rate requires a $150.00 deposit per week.
Cancellations require a 2 week notice for a full refund.

MasterCard, Visa and Discover cards accepted.
Rates are subject to change without notice and do not include the city room sales tax.

As a courtesy to our guests, smoking is restricted to the outside porch areas.

Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets indoors,
but ask us about possible outside arrangements.
